The Other Shoe Has Dropped

Representatives Rangel (D-NY), Frank (D-MA) and others have introduced legislation this morning that would tax a partner's share of income earned by a partnership as ordinary income to the extent that the partner's interest is received for services rendered to the partnership.  We are just getting our hands on the bill and will have more to say on it later today.

The good folks at PE Hub have posted a copy of the bill here.
